HMSS-compatible NVGs were tested in 2013 at Warton. Fenn’s NG2000Ti, which was a modified version of the RAF’s NG2000A.
Adding to the very latest technologies that the Helmet Mounted Symbology System offers along with the night compatible cockpit, the FENN NG2000Ti goggles will provide pilots with x-ray like vision right through the night.

I dont think they did that, as the feed from the PIRATE is integrated into the HUD, so probably into the HMD too

Do you think it’s worth making a suggestion that an alarm about a fire in the engine would be displayed (so that after a rocket hits the plane, you can see if there is a fire or not.
For Simulator fights, this is a necessity

I assume the “Ti” suffix means they had some level of integration with Thermal Imaging from PIRATE. Probably overlayed with the pilot’s field of view through the NVGs, in a similar manner to how fusion night vision like the AN/PSQ-20, and the British Army’s new ARILLS rifle night sights work

On this, in game we have the Eurofighter Tranche 2 EOC Block 10. The skin will be corrected to better reflect this, so suggestions are welcome in the meantime for any Tranche 2 EOC Block 10 aircraft numbers that can be clearly shown as such (Block 10) so we can resolve the issue with the skin.

On the name report, are you aware if the devs are planning to change the name from EF-2000 To just sinple Eurofighter (Typhoon Tranche 2 Block xy)?

Do you know if fuel tanks are planned sooner rather than later?
Since they started adding more detailed cockpits and warning systems, it seems worth in my eyes to report it, but I am not involved into Bug Reports on that side and can’t promise it being accepted.

Its not planned to change the name to just “Eurofighter”. We do wish to investigate the skin issues with the numbers and correct that to a more appropriate Tranche 2 Block 10
was previously told no but tbh i have no documentation on it.
there are clearly plans and models for a twin carrier for amraams but i think that one is based on the double bomb rack

since no one in Germany calls then EF-2000, we just all then Eurofighter some say also Eurofighter Typhoon (Ingame Eurofighter Typhoon (Tranche 2 Block 10))
