Well, that might be true
Zero reason to split it up like this.
There are still quite a few fighters and attackers left to add, actually.
And why does Germany only having a F4 mean no one else should have the Eurofighter which was a joint project
Multiple nations got F-4 phatoms simultaneously while germany had to wait over a years fors theirs. They also had to wait over a year for the MiG-21 bis, and multiple months for the MiG-23’s, and later MiG-29’s.
Multiple nations also got the starfighters at the same time despite it being a US development.
You can use whatever justification you want, but there is very VERY clear evidence gaijin has intentionally delayed aircraft additions to germany for no good reason and there are clear examples that can be pointed to that disprove whatevwr “reason” is acrounged up to justify the mistreatment, which in turn is one of the many reasons why german players have little to no trust for gaijin and, regrettable, much of what the staff that talks to them, say.
That being said, were not getting anywhere crying over past issues, nor are we getting anywhere debating lies.
So itd probs be best just getting back to debating the upcoming Eurofighters instead of past grievences.
Britian is the largest split of the program with Germany by a few %. There is no possibility this aircraft was ever going to come to just Germany first.
Britian was just as significant for it’s design, development and export as contributions from Germany. Gripen does not directly compare to Typhoon in many regards and that was a year ago only one update later than Germany received it’s top fighter at the time.
There are future planned additions for all 3 nations next year with no logical or reasonable additions to not deploy all 3 major operators and development contributiors at once.
He is just a tad salty that germany never procured anything better than a phantom between the 70s and introduction of typhoon
This is why I am embarrassed to have prepped for the german one, I now have to deal eith the second hand embarrassment of hardcore german mains squabbling about why they should be first smh
Almost all of the F-4 variants were staggered releases. The initial release was just the US with the F-4C.
The Starfighter was less of a significant aircraft for the US and more of an export aircraft primarily used by many other nations equally if not more than the US. Also produced domestically by many.
Precisely, which is why I clarified originally that there was never any possibility the Eurofighter was ever going to come to just one nation first before it was derailed.
And i am embarrased of you cause you yourself are making to big of a deal of it yourself as well.
We cant all be happy
Because i am trying to demonstrate how stupid this whole situation is, and italian mains arent begging for their own to come first, neither are brits. No one should have first dibs on a conglomerate aircraft like the EFT, and the fact that this idea was even suggested should be forgotten
I don’tthink the retribution way would end pleasantly for Germany overall lol
The F-4F came a over year after the F-4E (March 2020 vs June 2021)
For really no good reason, since they share the exact same model, only differing in their skin.
And the F-4F is straight up worse.
well then how about germany gets its dream variant of the Eurofighter: no DASS and AN/APG-65, if you want it all for yourselfes then have fun with what eurofighter would have become with german leadership
As I mentioned. Most Phantom variants came later. As with many variants of exports of another nations aircraft. This is more common than all at once like the Starfighter.
F-4F is however not comparable to Eurofighter.
Is the good heli in the room with us right now?
Can you say if the German EF is getting HOSBO? Brimstone is nice but it isn’t fire and forget. At least, not how it will be implemented I’m guessing.
Weaponary and loadouts will be detailed in the coming news.
and lemme guess they’re primarily a balance thing
I have a feeling there is going to be some premium disappointment…
