More like this as far as I can see;
If they exclude the marked ones, then it’s a bug report then? Because clearly eurofighter can equip them at those pylons irl…
Tell that to tornado F3, it has to be fast to make priority track work properly. Otherwise it cant update these targets.
Considering it usually carries brimstone at the second pylon, I guess it’s safe to say we we’ll be getting them there too, just have to wait to see the inboard ones…
depends on how far gaijin is willing to go with their “technical compatibility” statements and when its a balance decision
And the fact that the inner pylon aamrams are cut, over the outer pylon aamrams, limits the possiblity to carry extra missiles with the dual rack IRs
Could be wrong here but shouldn’t the Eurofighters Flares also be nearly invisible?
I think I read somewhere, that the Flares of the Eurofighter are made of a material which rapidly oxidizes after ejection while emitting strong infrared “light” while not “burning” so not emitting visible light.
Yes, gunjob made a post about it somewhere up here
if i remember right there should also be “normal” ones
Yeah, but if it were to go to a single nation we all know what one it should go to first…
Spoiler
Sweden, the answer is sweden
BOL “flares” yeah. This is what they look like at night and during the day, they are virtually invisible.
But Typhoon does have 32 large calibre (55mm) flares as well
also worth noting
in this video the flares are only coming out of the right ITSPL
probably because the left one is filled with chaff
Yeah, more than likely
Very important question tho, does Tranche 2/3 get Conformal Fuel Tanks??
3 has the structures for it. 2 doesnt and neither does 1
Pyrophoric flares, they are used extensively across NATO, not sure if russia has anything like that.
They should be extremely effective as they burn at right temperatures at all altitudes due to not being pyrotechnic ones and they produce huge cloud of IR “clutter”
Any source that can be posted on the forums for that?
russia has parachute flares for some reason…
It might just be for showing off all the various things in the trailer. There shouldnt be any real restrictions on most pylons unless its a “balancing decision”
