Most likely “Not a bug” this is more of a ease for grinding report
It’s definitely more than just making grinding easier.
The way it’s now 2 modules are basically non-usable
yes its cool but this cannot be the final solution in any way this obviously needs to be a temporary solution until the Spice-2000 and AGM-142 Popeye gets added after the devs finish them, and if the fear is that the Ra´am would have more options than the american one its what it is and this should not be a reason to neglect israel his munitions, like a said before The CAS is par excellence the main skill of the IAF and it should be reflected in game like it supposed to be and not like it is right now, dont get me wrong am not against the idea of getting for now i repeat clearly just FOR NOW the Mavericks as stop gap and by march the Popeye and Spice series should be in game.

Could we please stay on topic?
Question: Are the EJ200 engines on the EF working in their regular “Peace-Mode” with 60/90 kN thrust?
As this engine is capable of operating normally at 69/95 kN thrust at the cost of reduced service life. For a few seconds even at 102 kN in afterburner.
The limit of 60/90 kN is set to extend the service life of the engine during peace time operations and can be disabled in a matter of minutes with a laptop connected to the DECMU of the engine.
So as we are in “War” Thunder shouldn’t the engines be set to their “War” setting too? :)
Edit: I think this is also where the discrepancy about the reachable speeds and acceleration comes from. Maybe the manufacturers and other data is with the engines set to 69/95 “war setting” and not achievable with the 60/90 “peace setting”. Would only be logical as the manufacturer wants to present their product in the best way possible.
Do @Smin1080p_WT or @Gunjob have any information about this? As it currently looks like the engines of all EFs are set to “peace setting” and intake losses subtracted from that.
Just wait for the dev response…
‘We understand you want the EJ200 to be able to pull the skin off a rice pudding.’
‘WE tHiNK it iS MaRKEting LiE!’
Most performance metrics would be for the “war setting” already this would likely result in further nerfs to accommodate.
The MiG-29 did not receive “war mode” in the game
EF dosent display locked radar target in simulator modes (only in RB/AB)

The F-15A/C did tho :/
Some documents are available on the Internet
the problem is that it is only not working in simulator modes
it works perfectly fine in realistic or arcade modes
Youtubers gonna youtube.

So if we attach 2 sources aka. 2 Loadout graphics it’s gonna get accepted and we get more AMRAAMs?
