True, T4 doesn’t have PIRATE.
However, ECRS1 is full GaN, unlike ECRS2 (GaN+GaAs), so that should be modeled as well.
The problem isn’t those few degrees (it’s just a nomenclature), but different scanning speed than the ECRS2, which is currently equalized.
Also, the problem is there’re pictures from Airbus show presentation with HARMs on the inner wing pylons, but the “Volunteer#1” says that isn’t a “primary source”. When it comes to EF, OEM isn’t a primary source…

As for other countries with the Gripen they already have access to anti ship missiles so no real reason to double down.
I could see gaijin making RBS 15 exclusive to Swedens Gripens to try and give them some variety especially if we get the RBS 15 MK.IV as I believe so far only Sweden has it for air usage unlike the prior models but I could be wrong.
As for other vehicles that use RBS I see no reason not to add them like for the Tyskland EFT
I’m still waiting for something like the AJSH or the Lansens or the AJ’s in general to get their full list of equipment and given how long it’s been and RBS hasn’t been added I think it’s either never going to be added or it’s just of very low priority
