Eurofighter Typhoon - Germany's Best Fighter Jet (Part 2)

Britain is doing P4E

It is part P4E

We also paid for development

We are doing it

Just a matter of when

Thats not how it works. Sadly. Would make alot things easier.

All IPA aircraft are consortium owned

And Italian and British pilots have flown it

Why should one eurofighter get access to something that would be even more game breaking than all of the aesa eurofighters already are.
All of them should get amk cause they’re all compatible with it and it would be fair

Instrumented Production Aircraft are owned by NETMA and operated by the consortium. They wear the livery of National air forces, but are not owned by them.

Yep, this is the ultimate counter argument. I doubt German Mains would be happy if Italy got IRIS-T and Britain ASRAAM but they didnt get either.

Gajin’s policy is mainly that every nation gets what they use. Sometimes a single photo is already sufficient to qualify for a certain system. But some kind of evidence is needed. There are just very few exceptions from this rule.

So the Ger EF has dogsh** radar compared to IT or GB. Despite ofc it would be compatible, Ger won’t get a decent radar.

AMK would be the same. GB/IT use it on at least one live aircraft?
[ ] Yes
[ X ] No

There’s a humongous difference between gaining a higher amount of extra Aoa, lift, and load carrying capacity than just losing ±10 degrees of radar gimbal

Neither does Germany

Already reported for all 3 aircraft

The principle is the same. Imho the +10 (+20 total) deg is serious. But I accept that Ger just don’t use this radar.

(Well GB/IT also don’t adopted it, yet. Its planned to get introduced 2028. But I guess some pro GB mods pushed it through. While Ger just gets the radar it currently uses, no future options)

I guess we had better remove Brimstone 1s from Germany entirely, as they’ve never used them and wont be getting Brimstone 3s, which arent in gmae currently, until 2028.

the same should go for the radar then

shouldnt it?

Well… they did though. All 3 nations did get AESA at the same time, just subtle difference in FoR that I have yet to see any actual evidence has made much of a difference, despite the doom and gloom from the dev server

Yeah, but gaijin is being strict on that for no reason.
It’s like how the su-30mkk is getting su-30mk2 stuff but eyyyy gaijin is consistent at being inconsistent.
Or german eurofighter getting stuff they never had, or Italian eurofighter getting stuff the never had

I also remember the rails for Mavericks on German Phantoms. Ingame Ger ones just mount two Mavericks, cause LW never used the triple rail (LAU 33 pylon?? Forgot how its called).

Ofc its a Phantom, combatible for sure with all others, but thats one point where Gajin is and was very reluctant. You still have to spent 850 spawn points for a Phantom with just two AGMs :) While more or less identical Phantoms from other nations mount six…

That would mean that Gaijin had to employ a rule consistently over multiple vehicles and tech trees.
We all know thatll never happen.

We have an IPA 7/T4 EFT in the German TT, which has flown with F&F Brim 2s, and Germany will start getting their Brim 3s next year IRL…

But hey, I’m sure you’ll happily extend the logic both sides, and agree to the CR 3 not getting DM63/DM83 until the British actually adopt them (fun fact: the Germans are already firing DM83 on BW training grounds on the 2A8s WITH LWS and the 2A7Vs)

Then it’s a T4 by default even if unofficially lmao

Still puzzled how they wanna claim it’s not an IPA 7 when that’s the only registered in the German ‘service’ EFT with an IRST, then again, Smin claims all sort of things.

They are all confirmed to be Tranche 2s as well

ECRS mk2 has only been fitted to Tranche 3 but Gajin were to lazy to model it
