Gaijin seems to care about it about as much as with the French DF105 counterpart they promised over 3 years ago.
It’s the Christmas break and there are several outstanding bug reports on the CAPTOR-M array. There are plenty of other things to be overly dramatic about.
That being said, it shouldn’t have been released so broken either.
