Eurocopter "Tiger UHT"

So with the new update america, russia, china get 16 + km missile this not eought all have anti missile system. Why no ad to eurocopter IRCM system because isr have it.

  • IRCM:

As noted, the Tiger has an IRCM system to defend against guided missiles that use infrared seeking.

  • Missile Warning Systems:

The helicopter is equipped with systems to detect and warn of incoming radar and laser threats, including missiles.

  • Stealth Features:

The use of composite materials in the airframe helps reduce its radar cross-section and infrared signature.

they already have this

you are more than welcome to submit a bug report if you think the tigers are missing this and you have a source for it, but it would likely only be a dazzler which are not very effective

UHT can mount 12 PARS 3 LR too in this configuration

but gaijin hasnt given this to us yet

Tigers dont have any IRCM.

already installed, AKA MAWS

This is something worth persuing since the Tigers are made of composites as well as sharp angles that are meant to deflect the incoming radar waves.

If you are going to put together a report on that, you will need to provide sources that gives it’s exact RCS for it to be accepted. otherwise you will just get:
“General phrases like “stealth characteristics are improved” are not accepted. Such reports require clear RCS values.”

Hello UHT lovers. I can’t find anywhere to ask these questions but here.

  1. Is the zoom for all the EC665 Tigers correct at 92x is that a UHT thing?
  2. Doesn’t the Rooivalk use the same sight as the HAP and HAD?
  3. If the 92x zoom is correct, can the Rooivalk also get that level zoom instead of the 63x Apache zoom?

the french tiger have zoom 3,7 x92 the german one 9x131 not same…

I mean the French sight. The Rooivalk uses French sights very, very similar to the HAD sights, I just want to find anyone who has that knowledge so I can talk with them

Helis can’t be really stealthy irl. Rotors have a high radar return. They light up like christmas trees and I can’t imagine a way how to prevent that. Especially pd radar returns…rotors need to rotate. Nothing will ever change that.

Yeah thats why the komanche failed.

But a stealthy helicopter maybe can try to hide its rotor blades with angled metal sheets. In avatar, it shows helis with twin engines, maybe if they hide more the rotor blades, the radar signals gets reduced. But thats just fantasy… for now?

this thing’s performance is sad

They managed to implement beam riding missiles but can’t do the inverse for LDIRCM, a single beam that deflects the missile instead of being a duct taped force field hitbox around helicopters.

I mean how long it took them to implement MUSS correctly?

Spoiler

Like we don’t know, because it’s still wrong xd

Yesterday I had an Apache hover nearby, and I could literally do nothing but watch as they killed my team lmao. PARS and Stingers get deflected, and a friendly Mi-28 came in and gunned them down. This sad POS helicopter needs to go down to 12.7. WTF is Gaijin thinking.

Since at 12.7 it would not see 13.0 LDIRCM helis and it would still face IRIS-T and AIM-9X for those who think it would be overpowered. Hell, it could go down all the way to 12.3 since Elde, Type 81 and CLAWS are all 12.3 also.

even at 12.3 it’d be safe then :/

that thing would miss a hovering Tiger with no flares

It’s because we don’t have IRIS-T in the game, all we have is a stinger from aliexpress
