Error reporting


visual error in propellers on Intel ARC graphics cards, makes efficient flight in an air simulator impossible, also the resolution of the error report - ticket 3389310 sent by E-mail

I will not stoop to making the report through the error portal, I have reported at least 3 errors there and none have been resolved, errors in the console, I had to buy a PC waiting to leave them and now there are these errors and impossibilities, if you ask the components are :

  • i7-13700
  • Intel ARC B580 12GB OC
  • 16GB RAM DDR5 4800MHZ
  • WINDOWS 11 PRO

You can bug report it here: Gaijin.net // Issues (just search a bit first so that you don’t report something that is already reported and known about)

If your reports have not been handled for a long time then you can send a message to the Technical Moderators to ask them about it. You can find all the teams and the areas they handle listed here: (Who is who and Reporting Procedure). If you don’t get an answer within a few days you can add more moderators from the list to the original message instead of sending a new message (that way you preserve the date of the message and it doesn’t look like a new request), adding one of the moderators to the message every 2-3 days or so until you get an answer.

Please do not to add the seniors until you have tried all other regular moderators, the Seniors likely won’t answer unless they are added and pinged by the regular moderators but if you’ve added all the regular moderators with no answer then you can add the seniors.

no - I have literally been through a 1-year process wanting to report an error that has already been in the game for 2 years, I have done it by E-mail and the error reporting platform, even if it makes the moderators angry, I will report by this means until the resolution of the errors already mentioned in my reports

so, they dismiss them as bugs from old versions of the game, each patch invalidates bugs prior to the current version given by the patch and update

Not true, my current linux crash issue is in active work since a few months now
