I can’t access the game because, according to what the message says, I have an inappropriate name. I have changed it for a new one as the message said and I have contacted a GM but, at the moment, I am still unable to access the game.
I don’t know if I need to do something or if the ban is forever.

Being that you’re in the fair play list, it won’t be chat or voice chat.
You do want to hit up support, no-one here will be able to help you. (I think we referred people to talk to GMs, but it ended up coming back as a support issue.)
You could ask a GM as to why you are banned though… ( Who is who and Reporting Procedure )
