Some time ago I started a discussion about whether partially constructed projects could be included in the game. One cited case was the E-100, of which only its turret was built in real life, yet it still made it into the game. Recently, I found an interesting case of another tank that was only half-built before the project was interrupted, with a similar story to the E-100.

Sweden was secretly developing this heavy tank to defend itself against a possible Soviet invasion. This project could not appear in any official document. The project was called Emil, and its official codename was Kranvagn, which means “crane truck” in Swedish. The project began because of a problem.
Sweden wanted to buy the British Centurion Mk 3 tank, but the British response was: “No tanks available. They could take up to 15 years to be delivered.” So, Swedish engineers were immediately called in. Their mission was to secretly develop a tank disguised as construction equipment, capable of destroying the dreaded Soviet IS-3.
The resulting design was revolutionary. The Emil featured a two-drum autoloader, allowing it to switch between armor-piercing and high-explosive ammunition without human intervention. It was designed to carry a 120 mm or 150 mm gun, with an effective frontal armor thickness of 200 mm and a 550-horsepower engine. Its weight would vary between 26 and 41 tons. But the project was canceled as suddenly as it had begun.

months later the British changed their mind. The Emil project was interrupted and only two tank chassis were built without a turret and were later used for testing before going to the museum.
The question is: could this tank be included in the game, considering it follows a storyline with similar characteristics to the E-100 that is in the game? Please comment.
