Is that normal, that a max out EC665 can barely start and move?
It starts exactly the same as a Mi-4 equipped and the mi-8TV or T129 fully eqiuipped starts significantly better.
A Mi-8TV empty weight is 4,7tons have it have 200hp more, EC665 3tons without fuel and equipment.
MI-8 war thunder equipment weight is 1,5tons, EC665 500kg. Go and try it on the test field…
T129 have nearly the same weight and engine performance with heavier equipemnt and starts insame good
On some maps with high alt that helicopter performs like a brick with damaged engine/gearbox cant even fly over a mounten or start.
