Issue is we technically already have a B(U) in the tech tree, they just didn’t update the cockpit. They could have simply copy and pasted it tho
They shouldn’t be the f14D performance shouldn’t be the same as f14B and the f14D should have access to aim7p or even aim120A

Yes. But the problem is just like that “temporary” flex tape keeping 2 wires together for over 10 years, it doesnt get replaced. Nothing is more permanent than temporary solution

if what gaijin is saying here were true, we wouldnt have leopard 2s in almost every nation, and the same goes for f-16s and t-72s
but hey, they will say anything just to get out of trouble, again… unfortunately, this game is managed by a really bad company
btw, im still waiting for the abrams model fixes, since the CMs cant even reply to the 500 questions about it either

We already see “why no new vehicle for XYZ branch of ABC tech tree” every Major Update. Because even with the current approach, it’s not possible to provide new vehicle for every tech tree (Air, Ground, Navy, Heli times number of tech tree + additional premiums).
Like it or not ( :( ) , Major Update needs new vehicles to be introduced into the game.
As we tried to explain in the text, similar models introduced to few tech tree doesn’t mean, that some unique models are not in the development.
And I understand, that there will be ppl who will say “don’t give XYZ anything, I can wait 9 months for my unique vehicle”, but that’s not how it works.
And dropping some meme, “why not have both?” So similar model now (because it’s already available) + unique/more domestic in future?

No, if that were the case then people would be complaining that Germany doesnt have vehicles such as a T55 being east germany used them, because they don’t need it due to domestic options are available.

So what about the F14D, the pinnacle Tomcat for the US being a premium completely undermines this entire thread.
Literally that 1 premium contradicts everything mentioned here.

I have some news for you…
what would be great would be to pull out a poll on possible copy paste vehicles. however imo the belgian leopard, albeit being the same in gameplay as others, is unique on the cosmetic part (different sideskirt and sight), therefore it’s an okay “copypaste”. Gaijin peaked when adding the south-african tree

Just loosen the restrictions on blueprint vehicles, would be so much better than all the copy paste. Would also allow gaijin to drip feed us more unique vehicles instead of 1-2 per update. Also I still don’t see the need for the Leopard 1A5BE, how is it easier to add than the AMX-30C2 when the model is already in game for both? The hummel was also long overdue and did not warrant the M44 and M55 taking up space in their respective updates in my opinion.

Still would love a US F18 F, the model is already in game
I would have nothing against a reduced vehicle count each update if
A) the qualtity of the vehicle selection was better (perticuarly if greater thought was put into which vehicles were actually added to fill actual gaps)
and
B) that existing bug reports were actually fixed to make previously added vehicles a lot better than they currently are
and
C) More effort was put into the maps and gamemodes we have to use the vehicles on (they are stale as hell)
Take this update. No vehicles of any interest were added. Not one.

Which is why the SU-39 has ( as of before the current major ) a slight upgrade to the SU-25T , with the Radar pod. Right now its a STRAIGHT upgrade from the SU-25T because it gets the KH-25MPU and KH-31.
Both planes are visually identical , except that the SU-39 is premium , and it gets better ARMs and support equipment.
Again, simple fix is just renaming the TT one to SU-25TM and copy-pasting its armaments.
