Dreams Come True 2026 Predictions

Nope.
The prototype was found as a hull only next to the e100 hull
We actually have pretty much perfect photos showing it during capture and transport lmao

And to add to that last part WE HAVE PHOTOS OF THE AMERICANS BEING READY TO MOUNT THE AUF G TURRET IN AMERICA

Why would a MAN design, have been at the Henschel Factory?

The anger i have knowing that (what became) Bovington Tank Museum scrapped it (that and Raumer S)

collection of failed half baked projects overall. There were all sorts from krupp, henschel, man and porshe found together all over

Still exists reportedly.

Price of steel dropped like a stone in the 1950s and 1960s, it wasn’t worth scrapping it.

Same reason so many Steam Locomotives survived in the UK actually, it just wasn’t worth wasting the acetylene and man power to lose money on the scrapping process.

The firm that bought and scrapped HMS Warspite legit went broke trying to scrap her, They lost MILLIONS on her.

back to the E100, it was apparently buried, But the cost of trying to find and recover it would be exponential.

Honestly if there is any Buried tank story that needs full investigated its Mother. 100% she needs found, IK they are working on it.

The legends of Barry Scrapyard ring across the globe.

Hundreds of Steamers still waiting, in restorable condition, in the 1980s.

Theoretically it could have remainants in an old scrap landfill near portsmouth. Believed to have been cut up in the 60s.

If it does exist still (with Raumer S) its somewhere here, probably under some houses

I hope EMR sees a similar fate for scrapping HMS president. I went to the pier near their scrapyard in Erith not too long ago to wave goodbye to one of the last british ships of ww1…

I despise what the UK did to so many things that belong in museums, we scrapped everything. Worlds largest and most successful navy and nothing to prove it with, engineering marvels that would make Brunel chuckle with glee. GONE.

There are some things that don’t get considered as significant enough to keep around

Like this Schmalturm that almost got completely destroyed

TBF the reason they went broke with Warspite was because she was the Ultimate shit poster and grounded her self IN PRUSSIA COVE.

Im amazed we have the two Black Princes we do TBH.

and the TOG.

It sucks too, because the One in the Cadman collection is i BELIEVE #1.

the way she’s put together and everything matches Black Prince #1.

They will either continue to sit there or get destroyed someday.

Unless there is some special locomotive among them, they aren’t worth restoring.

the treasures in Kirkcudbright range alone… I think i would honestly tear up to see it in person.

I understand that things seem worthless at the time, but things need to be preserved for future generations.

Mate, 213 locomotives were saved and restored to running order from Barry scrapyard, to this day only 10 locomotives sit awaiting restoration. All in the hands of Preservationists who will do the work when the time and money comes.

What a humongous waste of resources lol

its on the “if i won a stupid amount in the lottery” list lol

There is a damn Black Prince turret out there somewhere and they really need to find it so we can put back together the other example, we have everything big but a Turret.

The connection an Englisman (or autistic) has with a steam locomotive is nothing to scoff at

Yall have no idea how HUGE the Steam Preservation scene is in the UK do you?

Hell in the last 15 years they have restored like 30 Locomotives to running order, and new built 2, and working on a third.
