Gaijin when

most of the time its “had a fully built prototype at minimum” but then they added the zestorer 45 which didnt, and its config isnt even right to start with. Its really just what BVVD and whoever else is in the top ranks of gaijin wants rather than a specific theme/ruleset
I do wish that gaijin would clean up their act with the selective realism schtick.
Ammo options for vehicles being fictional when it conveniences them and questionable additions added or left in the game from times where reseach wasnt as easy is rahter annoying.
unfortunately that is a fully wooden turet placed on top of a spare hull. Nothing actually fabricated

I want it so bad for my 7.7 Wunderwaffe halffantasy line-up though
If gaijin announced that part built and wooden mockup vehicles would start coming to the game id welcome it. Theres several of those id like to see too in the right setting.
However until they explcitly say such a thing i will be bashing the drum for the flakpanzer 341, tiger 2 105, panther 2, ho-ri, r2y2, ostwind 2 and the few others ive not mentioned to be fully deleted, not just hidden from those that dont have any RP into them
Didn’t they just erased Ho-Ri? Which… was a wooden mockup vehicle.
I thought thats a sign that they won’t tolerate wooden mockup vehicles.
its just hidden for all players that dont have it. its not actually erased
Yeah, we basically just got the test mule chassis used to see if the quad 30s worked on a moving hull. But honestly, the whole paper thing is a tired old debate. At the end of the day, War Thunder is a game, and if paper vehicles make it more fun, go ahead. That’s just my thought.
Yep, guns never existed even.
German’s never got around to developing any of the later 37mm guns.
The Only ones were the Flak 37/43

and the Bofors based M42 Naval Flaks.
The M42s are what the Otswind II should have in game, because Flak 37s weren’t dual feed, and were impossible to modify to feed from the other side, meaning they couldn’t have them side by side like that.
Meanwhile U boats and other vessels had Dual M42 mounts.

Flak 43s were used on u boats and static mounts. They were built. Idk where you got that from lmao
The guns on the 341 aren’t 43s.
Gaijin just gave them that name.
Their barrels are far too long, they fire far too fast, And they don’t feed correctly.
Flak 43s used the same feed system as the 37s, And couldn’t dual feed, nor feed from belts like were planned with the 341.

also, if the Otswind II did have flak 37/43s, this his how it should be set up, Not a side by side mounting.
i wouldnt mind getting a 2nd VT1

they were supposed to have these
I’d advise you to do more research. They are flak 43s (Technically LM FLAK 44s due to its naval origin)
With slightly longer barrels and a newer ammo. what rheinmetall was working on specifically for coelian
Now you can arguing that they were never built. But they aren’t fake.
Same firerate of any other flak 43/44s nothing changed.
Not if it used naval mounts what it’s possible for it to. The naval mounts had flak 43s mounted sidewards instead of on top/twin
It’s not a vt1. The guy called it by the wrong name
due to it being slapped onto a pz4 hull it was more likely for them to be placed on top of each other even if putting them beside each other was possible for static emplacements

All depends on what mounts they used what is unknown because the vehicle information wise is practically fake.
