Never heard of it being modified. If that’s the case then maybe there is a chance for it to be remodeled and returned.
A uniquely modified hull would make it an unfinished prototype, unlike just putting a mockup on a standard Panther hull.
I mean idk how extensive the modifications were, but a wooden turret was fitted as a steel panther d hull as in the pictures we’ve all seen, the guns that were planned to be fitted also existed, it would’ve existed with a couple more months development, a literal “what if”

Ah you see your kinda wrong tanks needs a few things to be added. A functional prototype or unique parts. None of whitch flakpanzer 341 had 🤷♀️ most it got was the mock up you posted before development was cancelled for being irrelevant
You cannot prove the hull wasn’t modified 🤷🏼♂️ and it was cancelled due to a second front opening and the arrival of jet aircraft 🤷🏼♂️
There has to be a vehicle specific part, meaning a part made specifically and exclusively for this vehicle.
So a hull modified in some specific way counts, since this modified hull would only be part of a Falkpanzer 341, while a standard hull shared with other Panthers doesn’t count.
So really it all depends if and how it was modified. For exanple fixed mountings for the wooden mockup turret wouldn’t count, since those are modifications for a mockup and not a prototype, but for example a modified turret ring to fit the final and functioning turret later would make this an unfinished prototype.

Jets had nothing to do with it the second front you mentioned had been going on during its development so also irrelevant. It’s cancellation was mainly due to the 3.7cm guns being considered obsolete against the newer higher altitude bombers and fighters 🤷♀️ and a shift closer to the 5.5cm Gerät 58 what was at most mounted on a truck.
Like the same way we cant prove it was. And using logic there’s no need to modify a non functional mock up
Unfortunately there’s no information pointing to the hull being modified in any way if some information came out with it would be amazing to see

Guys, i dont belive USA, GER, BRITAN would get this year a DCT event vehicle, as it has already one. It would be cooler if oder nations would get it, many have some cool goofy vehicles
