(DRAFT) IAI Air LORA - Israel's Air-to-surface long range ballistic missile

History:
The LORA ( LOng Range Artillery) its a ballistic missile developed in 2002 by Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) as a ground-to-ground long range artillery ammunition.

In June 2024, during ILA (Berlin International Airshow) 2024, the air launched variant was officially presented with the name Air LORA.

The LORA (ground version) was sold in 11 June 2018 to Azerbaijan and was combat-used during the final days of the Nagorno-Karabakh war (2020). And also IAI and India’s Bharat Electronics signed a memorandum of understanding to produce the LORA locally in India.
But compared to its older brother, the Air LORA didn’t find any international clients and for now it only stays under Israeli inventory.

The Air LORA’s history its very short, it doesn’t have any development information aside its only official release at ILA 2024. It also doesn’t have any combat service history. The only known real platform of the Air LORA its the Israeli F-16I Sufa, that its been shown in a photo carrying 2 Air LORA missiles in its inner pylons, the picture appears in the IAI official page but there is no information of when the photo was taken. Also the photo was taken during tests, not during combat-service.
