Does landing for RTB and repairing count as "respawn" on profile?

I want my KPS higher so does RTB count as respawn on profile?
If i just land, wait the timer, the little transition wont count as spawn, right?
but if i J out, change loadouts, and spawn again, it will count as. Right?
