In air RB, the F-16A Netz has the same br of 12.7 as the new squadron F-16A OCU for france. The netz best missiles are python 3s which lack irccm and easily flared. The OCU has aim9m and magic 2 which are regarded as top 3 short range IR missiles in the game, only below the pl5eii. The netz only advantage is a very slightly better flight model, but this certainty does not make up for the lack of irccm missiles.

That F-16 is just the wrong BR and should be 13.0. Nothing more to really be said about it.
As for Python-3s… They have a bit of a legacy… Before IRCCM were added, they were by far the best IR Missiles and the aircraft that wielded them had a distinct advantage over their Aim-9L equivalents. The result was a higher BR for them and rightly so… The issue is that with the compression, you have IRCCM aircraft vs Python-3 and it just doesnt work anymore
So in theory, you should have:
F-16 with 9L at a lower BR than an F-16 with P-3 which is inturn a lower BR than an F-16 with Aim-9M/Magic II. But there just isnt room for that and with how weak 9Ls have gotten of late… whether P-3s need to be any different BR is a debate to be had
