Does gaijin really finished summer event prizes？

I really lose my enthusiasm when I noticed such thing .
All of the prizes have been in game. But their data is totally broken.
The Su-25BM doesn’t get engine update mentioned in devblog, still using old engine same with Su-25 and Su-25K. It only has 128 decoys but has 256 decoys model.
Patria AMV CT-CV’s turret is a hybrid copy pasted XC-8’s fire control system and VRCC’s gunner and commender sight. Even the ready rack is 10 rounds which is different with devblog’s information.

I don’t think the models have been updated yet.

Obviously they aren’t finished, but they also aren’t released to the general public either.
