these documents are about soviet vehicles like the T-80 and american vehicles like the M1 Abrams. Some of these are classified, others aren’t. But to be clear, these are already shown to the public.

If you’re gonna link to documents you HAVE TO provide a screenshot of the cover page that states that they are declassified, you CANNOT just provide them as is.
Just edit it and include images of the portions that includes the declassification stamps.
what if the document just has nothing saying if its classified or export restricted? (I have SH-3H documents and NHHC says that there’s nothing saying that it was ever classified)
If it’s reasonable to think that they could be classified or could have been previously classified then double and triple check. It’s not worth risking your account (and breaking laws) over.
well I have a version of the doc for the A variant that says it was declassified in the 60’s IIRC ( nope was declassified in 79)
Then it should be fine, if there is any sort of marking showing a classification rating that is approved for public release then just include a screenshot of that part when the document is posted.
one problem with the H, though, I have a version saying its got restrictions and another without the markings completely with the page numbers not skipping anything, both available online for free and both from the same year and month, the one that has nothing on it is also missing the statement that’s required if its export restricted
That is an issue… I’ll check with the team to see who to ask in such cases.
ok ive been trying to figure it out for a while and even went through government agencies to try and figure it out but they found that they had no way to say if it was or wasn’t export restricted.
