The biggest pusher for the O-I back in the day on the old form was MaiWaffentrager even she could not find definitive proof yet could access the Japanese archives. So this will by a Gaijin call if its added or not.
MaiWaffentrager is also the reason we have Ho-ri in game.
We do have definitive proof it existed, what she couldn’t prove was her claim that it was fully complete (not backed by any sources) and she allegedly saw photos of it during testing.
