Do you get pre order bonuses on xbox?

Was looking to pre order the tornado ids wtd61 to get the bonuses but i checked on the microsoft store and it did not say you got them, same here on the gaijin store (unless i missed it not that i cant order from it anyway)

For Console Stores (PSN Store, Xbox Store).
If you purchase pack with new vehicle, introduced in Major Update, during first two weeks (counted from Major Update launch), your purchase is considered as Pre-Order and you will get bonuses.
