I would say if you intentally grief people in customs it could be actionable. Not sure why you’d want to do it anyway when customs is mostly about people wanting to relax and have fun.
But regarding bans, Game masters & forums staff have no say in it so we cannot say for certain.

Custom Battles usually follows custom rules made by either the hoster or is identified by the players itself if it’s a room for chilling or Player-versus-Player-ing aswell War Thunder rules itself, so it’s easier to ask the hoster for the rules.
I know it’s weird but idk why but I’m start to team kill everyone (I was a little drunk ) and I’m really sorry for that I’m just idk why I’m do that I was literally first time team killing people without reason and I was like always panicking when I can get even warning so can I be banned (it was in custom lobby ) and like I’m really sorry but it’s my very important account and like it’s all my moneys there so can I get banned?
playing warthunder drunk is something i have never done or heard before…
I wonder if he got drunk while playing or if he got drunk before and decided to play OR if he played because he was drunk.

Being drunk it not an excuse to grief someone. Most join customs to just play around and have fun.
So my advise is to not do it in the first place, Even in customs it’s still technically griefing unless the server specificly says it’s allowed.
