Like the title says, do the war thunder official rules apply in player-created custom battles?
Official rules? Can you name a few so I’m on the same page to help ya?
If you’re talking about like rules against cheating or stuff like TK rules they technically do but you’re only getting in trouble if you’re reported (except cheating, whatchamacallit will still have the ability to see it)
Many larger customs do have their own rulesets, like the Pilotage servers have rules against ramming, but you cannot get banned for TK in a custom afaik, you can get a chatban from one, and any gameplay-based report also doesn’t apply in CB
As far as i am aware, teamkills dont count. Chat/mods/ect still are moderated.

Teamkilling, being lazy and stuff no, but Misuse of the chat system and Botting/Cheating is still moderated i believe
