The E-2/4, K-1 & M-1 variants currently in game were not equipped to carry either of these weapons. New suggestions would be needed as the relevent versions were structurally modified, notably with extended wings.
In the dev server both got the increased bomb load, didn’t check if they also got the additional bomb
Doubt they’ll add theses since it was added on a event plane/Battlepass
Never once seen anything other than 50kg bombs for the night fighters. Not saying the reference is wrong but theory and practice are often very different.
If the J-1/N-1change is incorporated then both aircraft will very likely get a BR increase, especially in Ground. They are already pretty bad due to the added weight and pushing them up will only make things worse.
Hs293 being present on the He177 doesn’t proclude it being added to other aircraft and variants in the future, notable the Do-217 and Fw200, especially as as Gaijin is pushing AShM at the moment in higher tier.
It’s not the wonder weapon some make out though as the guidance was MCLOS so you basically have to fly it all the way to the target - no fire and forget in those days.

and for the variants we have in game this part is just speculation from my part.
but i doubt we’ll ever get an E-5 or K-3 variant.
according to the bug report about this which used the manual for the Do 217 N-1, which states up to PC 1000 in the bomb bay.
and i do believe this regardless of the role.
the option to use these loadouts when needed seems very plausible to me.
for example the Bf 110 G-4 while being a pure night fighter also can carry bombs.
Unfortunately it kinda does lmao gaijin often locks unique weaponry behind the marketplace I don’t expect 293 to be added to anything else for a few years at least lmao
these type of threads are usually for wishful thinking and perhaps bug reports.
Gaijin works in the decades instead of weeks. i don’t expect magic to happen from this thread, it is simply a compilation of what the do 217’s need
That’s not always the case though. The Tech Tree Fw190F-8 got the Ruhrstadt X-4 when it could easily have been locked behind the pay wall. The He111H-6 has the PC-1400X.
Both of those weapons were added to tech tree aircrafts first. Not event vehicles
And they both could just easily have been premium/event. There is no rule saying a weapon is uniquely event only if it can also be fitted to other types in the trees, especially at different BRs.
no offense to you both, but do you have anything useful to add to this discussion?
if not please take this discussion somewhere else. whether a weapon can or can’t be added because it was on an event or premium before isn’t relevant to this thread.

I was never in this topic, but I’m pretty much shocked how much is missing and how incomplete the Do’s are. Imagine they won’t add frontal or rear guns for B-17G. Sky would be falling. In case of Germany nothing ever happens. Don’t even speak about all the missing ordnance. As if Gajin just always wants to add the least advanced version and is generally unwilling to improve it.
