I understand what you mean. But do keep in mind that gaijin does not have infinite staff. And making an update with new Benelux models only will disappoint a LOT of players.
Is there a Dutch F-104 camouflage?

But can’t find it in-game, not F-104 in the French tree (only Belgian skins) and not in the Italian tree…

The skins you see ingame are the onces available for it. So no there is no Dutch skin for it. Only the two F-16’s have Dutch marketplace skins.
