You must not be very active on the forum seeing how absolutely insane these US mains act when their vehicles aren’t the best. Most are just, completely delusional; some at least have some sense. (I’m speaking with firsthand experience btw)
I’ve made a report of this, currently israel has the potential to get 2 good spaa’s(hsvd/adams and spyder-aio), the potential for the merkavas to be a good mbt( for there armor to be buffed to real life standards), and for israeli cas to match american and even russian counterparts( the addition of popeye and spice 250).
The thing is after many bug reports and requests, gajin hasn’t listened, they are adding new israeli tanks(safra) and namer ifv was leaked to come next update, but the only thing israel really needs rn are buffs to the merkavas, to the top tier aircraft, and to israeli spaa( 10.3 imp chaparral really suffers)
You’re right, I don’t often participate in this forum. Most of the American players I’ve interacted with in the WT discussion groups are normal and reasonable.
american players aren’t the problem , the problem is gajin keeps adding american vehicles each update, maybe for once an update on fixing whats already in the game or adding new vehicles to nations that haven’t gotten a new one in a while would make the entire fanbase happier(except american mains lol)
Yes, a good few are, but the forum ones are a different hellstorm.
As a main ground player, I can say that there are many options for gaijin to make Merkavas gameplay much better than it currently is. They can simply just add LAHAT ATGM to Mk3-4, buff the armor against KE, make some new add-on-armor things such as mine protection/roof cage protection against top missiles attack and much more. But sadly, when looking at the armor of the Namer for example, we can see how much they really want to invest in Israel’s tree…
The mysterious disappearance of the Namer’s armor is a major issue, and it still hasn’t been fixed. It’s just ridiculous. Vehicles like the Merkava and other Israeli vehicles should be equipped with domestic ammunition, such as the Lahat, as you mentioned. Israel has many unique vehicles that could be introduced, but it seems like they are unwilling to invest much effort in this area at the moment…
buff armor against kenetic rounds and chemical rounds, the merkavas apparently can survive 20 kornets , and in WT it can’t even survive 1 rn/
My friends and I play together using American, French, and Israeli vehicles. Since I haven’t researched the IAF yet, I currently don’t have AIM-120 as an anti-air option. When I saw that our team only had ADATS, and the enemy’s Su-34 was using KH-38 to accurately eliminate our teammates while I could only use Chaparral, I felt a deep sense of despair.
Yes, all 10 tech trees lack SPAA for 12.0 and all 10 tech trees need SPAA.
Until then, we’re forced to bring fighters if we want to be anti-CAS.
The good:
Otherwise Israel has great aircraft, and good enough MBTs.
Israel’s 9.3 lineup is absolutely stacked and amazing.
yes, israels top tier mbts not so much but thats a known fact. All we can do is pray gajin fixes what should be fixed, and add many due spaa to countries that need them
true. Italy, the United States, Israel, China, and others all need a new SPAA. I’m not asking for their performance to be exceptional, just at least something usable
Israel can and should get Spyder with Pythons for example.
It’d be a good way to introduce that IRCCM before aircraft.
the spyder-aio can get derby-sr as well, i did a post on that in the past
Indeed, but Derby is genuinely OP for anti-air right now.
CAS can’t engage beyond 20km yet, and consistent SPAA powercreep steps is a good idea.
kh-38…, it also isn’t beamriding and requires a radar lock to fire, meanign if the spyder loses the lock, the missile cant do much to fire and im not to sure , but if the Spyder loses lock i think the missiles can track?
KH-38’s limited by its IR seeker which is <20km identical to AGM-65D/G at this time.
And yes, Pythons are IR guided, Spyder only needs lock for initial launch.
As a main ground player,What I want to say is that in this game, the developers don’t care about whether the vehicles are historically or data-wise accurate. They only care about making more money and injecting what they call “personal stuff” into the game. Many nations in this game are being treated unfairly, while certain countries continue to receive vehicles that are not only excellent but also far surpass the same-tier vehicles of other nations. This only reinforces my point.
As the gap between aerial and ground vehicles continues to widen, players in ground mode are more likely to encounter situations where they are helpless against stronger vehicles, leading to a poor gaming experience.
Yet, the developers continue to indulge and even promote this situation, which I just can’t understand.
honestly 2 option are available ,
1st one: you can use derby-sr but only a limited amount of them, as spyder-aio and sr can carry both python and derby-sr
2nd: or you can add the pythons first and then the derbies later on , but wihtout derbies, the spyder would struggle to shoot down missiles fired at it with only its pythons, so i’d go personally with the first option
True,When I see the Merkava 4 and T-80BVM at the same BR, I can’t understand if they are capable of fighting in the same BR
