Maybe if it got its spall liners and had its proper and functioning armor effectiveness and coverage (both glacis/LFP and UFP), it could be a quite decent 12.0; but, as of now… barely 11.0.

Maybe gaijin will take pity and give VT4 from Thailand and Pakistan 11.7 and it will at least somehow resemble an adequate BR
Although, it seems like both have 1200 HP engines, which makes it even slower
Indeed- and also FY-2 instead of FY-4; so they are practically MBT-2000s with better thermals.
In any case, those su trees will go to Japan anyway- but yeah, not looking forward to those unless they are 11.0-11.3, hahah.

Thai VT-4 would be worse than the one we have in game. Thai VT-4 has FY-2 ERA and it even lacks APS. However Pakistani one would be better as it has FY-4

Pakistan VT-4 is pretty much VT-4A1 without the APS.
It’s definitely a high-spec version.

Well, it is missing like more than half of other vehicles such as AFVs and IFVs, not to count what Norinco showed off for export.
