It May seems like an Unusual question, But its very valid to be asked, Especially when War Thunder Pay attention to Realism.
Would you want paper vehicles or even blueprints to be added to War Thunder?

Nah, I know wt isn’t realistic anymore (if it ever was) but I don’t think we should give up on realism completely. Especially since adding vehicles that were never built and tested is very dangerous balance-wise

There’s very specific paper vehicles I’d like to see but it would just open the floodgates to complaints, so ultimately; no.
There’s a difference between paper and blueprint for me. The former usually don’t have nearly enough known information to be anything but speculation, and will hence be extremely hard to get right and/or balance. The latter could have enough data to be implemented with enough assurances that we could possibly know the design good enough to balance it.
Ultimately though it’s not an issue I think warrants much discussion at this stage. There are plenty of vehicles that were partly build left to add to the game to see the blueprints pushed back by a full decade. Hope to see the 44M TAS or T-34-88 soonish maybe.
Blueprints can be faked and they dont provide enough info about vehicle sometimes. Plus some vehicles may exist on bps but cannot exist irl. Like twin barrel soviet heavy tanks on is4 chassis or whatever that was. They just show you tank image. But they never show you how this tank is going to move, shoot and reload. I think its important for game which tries to be realistic.

The only question for the paper and blueprint is whether it is fake or not. Suppose someone provides the fake paper and Gaijin trusts it, then it will be like a disaster, especially when people realize it a few years later.
Of course, not all documents are publicly available, and as they become accessible, Gaijin may need to make constant adjustments. Please note that Gaijin is not a large company; they lack the staff resources to research historical vehicles.

The reason paper vehicles aren’t added is two reasons: It’s far more difficult to model vehicles without reference material.
