I didnt say that 0.7 matchmaker wouldnt fix those problems but it is a worse solution than actual decompression
People have been pushing for the 0.7 max br difference as an easy way out that gaijin could take, but why do we want to give gaijin the easy way out?
We should want the best solution not the quickest and most damaging one long term
here is the problem for compression with the 0.7 BR system
for this not to happen there would still need to be decompression, so the 0.7 BR system does not solve decompression, it just delays it
so if the 0.7 BR system still would need decompression we may as well have the decompression without also having the 0.7 BR system
1.0 fighting basically the best possible upgrade like F15E vs A F15A like its just the better version of you and you loose every time
and this also not very good cause 2A6 vs 2A7V both 12.7s which funnily enough the 2A7 same br better in every way
but for some countrys theres not even a massive performance gap between models armors relatively same usually only getting boosted optics and more ERA

yes decompress it by .3 at toptier and stop at 9.3 then further compress lower tiers by dropping mig 15 and Sabres
only one rank gets the decompression we should be 16.0 for air and 14.3 for ground by now

i mean i fail too see a problem none of the brs are changing so 12.0s only fight max of 12.7s and 12.3s 13.0s fight 13.7 and 13.3s and 13.3s only fight 14.0s instead of 14.3s
just the stongest tanks at the range wouldnt be fighting there instead they would be fighting .7 and below instead of 1.0
in a ideal world where gaijin actually every tank plane and boat would get moved up by .3 other than reserves giving breathing room but gaijn doesnt wanna do that
i was referencing the last major decompression where only decompressed 9.3 and 10.0s and raised top rank up no one else got any other decompression below that

they wont do decompression theyll just contiune with anti decompression
even slow decompression is still decompression, plus a 0.7 BR system will still need decompression so it doesnt solve that
problem is current decompression is out paced by new vehicles also certain brs never see decompression like when was they last time 4.3 got decompressed or how about 6.3
generally they prioritise the BRs that have worse compression issues. when was the last time you saw someone complain about compression at like 2.3?
we havent gotten a new top tier for tanks in more than a year, we’ve had like 2 decompressions in that time
its a bit different in specfic modes for example naval 8.7 iowa facing IJN ISE at 7.7 is so not cool
