I think the F4 G.2 could go from 12 to 11.7. Get’s slapped around pretty bad and it has a nerfed bomb load.
The Jaguar could go down to 9.3 and 9.7 where the Skyhawk sits, it’s pretty useless.

Let’s stop pretending this is a “player count” issue.
The insane waiting times only happen when you queue as Russia or with Russia on your team.
Other nations find matches just fine.
Why?
Because Gaijin turned Russia into a one-nation easy-mode faction.
At Rank VII–VIII Russia has:
• oppressive CAS dominance (Kh-29, Kh-38, LMUR — fire & forget point-and-click kills)
• absurd tank survivability across almost the entire lineup
• the BMPT — completely overtuned and harder to kill than most MBTs
• the strongest SPAA lineup in the game from BR 10.3 all the way to 12.7 — best in class at almost every step
So what happens?
Everyone queues Russia.
Matchmaker gets flooded.
Queue times explode.
This isn’t complicated. It’s what happens when one nation gets everything.
Meanwhile Gaijin keeps gutting other nations.
Germany and Sweden used to be popular ans example: the Leo 2 survivability gets nerfed into the ground and lineups fall apart.
Players leave. Shocking.
Now top tier is basically:
Russia everywhere
Other nations ghost towns
Stacked matches
Broken queues
And winrates at 10.3+ say the same thing.

The bis pulls better above ~850-900kph or something. Below that, they pull nearly the same. J7D has like, a whole 1 degree more at some speeds.
While R60s arent the greatest, it does have 6.
Also, thanks to the jumbo Bis engine, it has faster accel all around. The accel on the bis is much more flat. J7D accel slows after ~850 (in terms of engine performance, Bis accels better all the way from 0 to 1500kph)
The J7D empty 6500kg vs 6852 for the bis, the difference is nothing once you add the bis creates an additional 500kgf, and ~1500kgf more thrust at ~1400kph than the J7D
IMO the bis is better, and the J7D should be 11.0 currently, assuming nothing else changes in the game.

Why is it that Israel is so nerfed in air? the f16’s both D and I and f15I are carrying made up loadouts instead of the missiles they actually use. If the point is “too op for right now” then why does Russia have the su30sm2 which is incredibly new and the kh38mt which are only a prototype? why do the french have mica’s which are un-notchable? there are so many examples but the point is obvious
This forum is supposed to gather people so they don’t criticize outside of this forum. Here they control criticism and can block whatever they want. Russia never understood standards of democracy.

No, not really. Try facing this in a 10.7.
The mig 23 is at 11.7 as well as the viggen at 11.3 so that negates anything this could do to that br bracket. The mig 23 is worse as half the jets it faces in a down tier cant even see its radar.

The f4s could go to 12.3 but its premium so most of the player base uses it to bomb bases and dies on the way to them. Same with the mig 23s.
Mig 23 is already better and is at 11.7
12.0 f4s - HMD, better missiles, agile eagle. Where is the line of a - 0.3 in general to you?
