Says it shouldnt be used in uptiers- which it plays nearly every game. So good 2 - 5 games in 100
Spookston saying 5.7 and thats it for the 75 …while playing albeit a differnet tank but slightly better lobbies while also saying its making me lose my mind also isnt exactly making it sound good either

The tank itself is good, but what are you supposed to do with a gun like that? It can barely penetrate even a Pz III properly, or even the same T-34. In realistic mode, sure, I won’t argue — maybe it plays differently there and you can flank using smoke and blah blah…
But in arcade mode it’s almost impossible to do that, because you’re visible and shown on the map. If a Tiger II sees you = you die instantly. If an IS-2 sees you = you die instantly.
Why it was moved to 5.7 in arcade mode has never really been explained.
I don’t even play with COBRA KING anymore… I play with the Italian Sherman Composito and farm new players instead. Because at least this tank has the same gun as the COBRA KING. And even then, there are still tanks it can’t penetrate — especially the Russian ones.
I was driving the KV-1 ZiS-5 tank and got hit in the front of the turret by an M55 tank. Guess what happened? Absolutely nothing. The track broke and there was no other damage. So why is it still at 4.7?

The gun is not the only thing that makes Jumbo good.
Spookston didn’t talk about B.R. placement, meaning he says that Jumbo is overall good.
Playing tanks in arcade is asking for pain. Every pixel weak spot is shown so everyone is shooting like ULQ lol
Jumbo good as a platform but has the 75 peashooter which first seen at 3.7 BR and now vs up to 6.7- has no real place in game at this point u gotta admit?
My favourite tanks are the t26 heavies uptier or not they are still good, the jumbo has to be one of the worst tanks in any slight uptier throughout the game.
Jumbo 75 still works very well in 5.0-6.0 bracket, and if it was put lower it just becomes extremely oppressive. That’s why it can’t go down. Especially since they “decompressed” 2.7-4.3 and a ton of tanks moved up to 4.0-4.3
As long as its not 6.7 I tend to do fine in it just alternating between APHE and APCR if I need it to disable somebodys breach

Is the armour really that good that 4.3s would struggle if moved down? Genuine question as iv never even played it at 4.7 lol
Bruh? That’s already in the game as a separate vehicle, and that can’t be 5.7 either. It’d just become a better Panther in every regard, which is already a good tank.
Yes… it literally can only be penetrated in the MG port frontally by a significant amount of tanks at 4.0-5.3. I first played it when it was 4.7 and the Panzer 4H was 4.3. It was a massacre and idk how it even stayed 4.7 for as long as it did. Even 5.0 was still crazy.
m8 iv seen loads of tanks on the way up to 8.0 BR that can only be penned in the front in a small hole/ some not at all
Plus very little angling has to count as a massive negative.
If it has to stay 5.7 with pea shooter so be it, its just a grim tank

like what, cause jumbo is also mobile with a stabilized gun while doing it

You mean the fact you cant angle Jumbo much? Yeah, this would be a problem if your UFP/LFP/Turret weren’t all impenetrable to like 70% of tanks at 4.0-5.7 besides the mg port
Fair as at lower BRs u can hull down and actually kill things so would be a little strong.
Im way past 5.7 now anyway - wont be going back very often as its a major uptier BR in general anyway.
You got any recommendations for rank 5 US ground? Looks bare compared with whats coming at 6 anyway
