Disappearing key bindings

Hi all

for several years I (and others) have suffered from disappearing keybindings. I have never seen any answers to why this happens. Based on my personal experience there doesn’t seem to be any pattern to the disappearance - you only find out once you are in battle. Which isn’t ideal…
Does anyone have a clue or advice on how to stop this really irritating thing happening?

I thought it happened now and then with major updates?

This never happened to me during all these updates. But I still have back up of my controls ready when the time comes :D

i’m afraid consolle player can’t do that.
Anyway, played both in console and pc, never lost any key bindings so far.
Hence, it will be a real pain setting it up back again…
