Guys, I would like to know which helicopters have the DIRCM function besides the new Chinese Z-10ME helicopter, which ignores all missiles from the new SAMs? I would like my beloved Ka-52 to have this function against Spike-LR II ATGMs, because of which I have not played helicopters above a combat rating of 10.0 for a year now. With the new SAMs, for sure.
What I noticed is that there is no longer automatic capture of the TV machine with the help of the helicopter radar.
I remember before, a helicopter could be seen by radar and captured by a plane, now even if you break the buttons and lose your sight. You have to constantly sit in a thermal imager and look 360° at the horizon, because some people turn off the radar.

I see that the ka-52 has some sensors at the bottom that look like DIRCM or LDIRCM, but the mi-28nm has absolutely nothing. I want to know who has this feature?
I don’t have a complete list atm, but I know Ka-52 has DIRCM and Mi-28NM, the new toptier Z-10 and MI-8AMTSh-VN have LDIRCM. And a quite a lot more have simple IRCM.
In terms of functionality, if you have LDIRCM (“IIR” jamming) you include all functions of a DIRCM (FoV gating IRCCM jamming), which in turn includes those of IRCM (only regular non IRCCM or shutoff IRCCM jamming).
My friend, I myself was looking for information about DIRCM or LDIRCM for the Ka-52. Some sources say there is, some say there is not. More recent sources write that the Vitebsk airborne defense system has been updated so that even radar missiles bounce off it. It’s like a story from an Indian movie)))
Israel has DIRCM, namely the Elbit MUSIC DIRCM series. I don’t think their helis own attack helis were ever equipped with them though
There is however the Jam-Air DIRCM system, which comes with the AERO-GEM system, also giving it MAW. As far as I’m aware, this is the only DIRCM that was attached to an Israeli heli, namely on a Tzefa (sadly not on an Apache)
nice, i would see next update getting DIRCM apache and Ka52m , along with mmw missiles, man in the loop feature, ARM missiles and possibly even better anti air
The AH64E isn’t one of the primary airframes I support so I could be wrong it’s been a bit since I attended 64 school. But I don’t believe that’s accurate because mounting the CIRCM (and the Prototype/previous iterations of ATIRCM/laircm) mount on the ends of the wings where the ATAS previously mounted.
Secondly, (and this I am sure of) the US military did not retain the ATAS capability for the 64E/D model fleet so even if you mounted one, currently the weapons processor can’t talk to the missile.
