Su47 will 100% be a premium too.
There is no need to grind the French Navy for Richelieu now, but currently the experience of ships over 6.7 is very boring. I can guarantee that if you are not grinding the entire naval technology tree, you may not use her more than 30 times in matches

There is also a potential F-14D premium. They will launch the vehicle and spend the next 3 months in somewhere sunny relieving

You are still buying your way to the top in the french tec tree. It is the 1955 fit of the Jean Bart. There is nothing else nada. 8.3 max BR in france and this will be 8.3
