KV-1 m1942 “Klimi”: The Reclaimed Giant

Silly mid tiers and the best leopard2

One of the reasons is that the Swedish tier III is kind of weak. with all the oddball SPGs and notsogreat “tanks”. So the Finnish sub-tree gives it a collection of ol’ reliables players can use instead.

I see your point, but there are other ways, to solve this problem, like offering alternative task if you play techtree without necessary vehicle classes, or option to play heavy from another tech tree, or making tasks less reliant on vehicle classes, or whatever.

I like when a tech tree has personality and not necessarily following same template as every other tech tree.

PTW Premium. We are talking about the TT here.

Many of the guns tested weren’t the planned guns, the main gun for the Emil was the 155mm gun but they did do testing with the 105 from another vehicle. Additionally we can assume the projected 3.0 reload would be possible considering bofors and the SAV 20.12.48

Spoiler

These are the only two chassis’ that were tested. After the strv 103 testing was done it was stripped and placed in the museum. The AKV 151 is also in storage with the bkan turret.

Premium doesn’t really matter otherwise id say 4.3 germany is the best lineup in game a ton of very strong event and premium hold that lineup very well. Again rank III sweden doesnt hold a candle to many others aside from maybe japan but im biased cause 3.7 japan (yes chaffe with other 3.0-3.3) vehicles imo is super fun.

Another premium… will def be a welcome addition into my premium colection

Depends on the BR. I have a pretty good hunch it wont have any vehicles to play with at 4.7- or itll be doa at 5.0

half built. two hulls where done and driveable. gun is debated on if it was built or not. but turret wasnt made, we dosnt even really know what it actually looked like, (probably like WoT’s Kranvagn actually) before the project was canceled in favour of buying Centurions and making Strv 103’s.

one hull was later converted to the Bkan 1 prototype and still exists at Arsenalen Museum.
the other is still around too. but not out on display i think.

and damn shame that we have two heavy tanks and both are premiums.

and if the leak is correct, wich it seems to be, Sweden will get no other veichle either. wich feels worse somehow.

Always surprises me how angry some people on the internet get when somebody calls out the obvious… Or would you not say that this KV is not the most similar looking to the WoT KV 1 that we have ingame rn? Absolute fucking goober

How daring, a KV-1. This thing is going to be crazy with Swedish mains running it

Depends on the BR. Again 4.7 it wont have a lineup, well a good lineup since they have all 4.0 TD’s and a 4.3 TD(spaa) 5 0 and it probably wont be all that great since the turret cant angle since its a cast turret.

didnt know that about the guns. nice. tho the Kranvagn would have had a different autoloader than the SAV. more like the french AMX series.

Again i was supporting the claim that it is likely they could’ve pulled off the 3.0 loader. Additionally both Kran chassis had a diff engine with the AKV 151 having a better power to weight than the current Bkan which runs on an extended strv 103 chassis.

yeah, Boofers have managed to do some crazy shit throughout the years. (my favourite is the 120mm autoloaded AA gun), so i dont doubt they could have pulled it off.

Sweden really has a void from 4.0 to 6.7 where there’s just nothing really there so its going to suffer from having no lineup more than in game potential. I can see this thing taking on a german team solo with how good sweden players are on average. although there’s going to be more one and two death leavers because there wont be a fallback tank

If the Kran was added it would be a dreams come true event which again doesnt solve the problem of a heavy tank for sweden. Also it could be classed a TD depending on which Kran doc you read
