I meant that as in it would cost money, unlike modifying something made internally would. Not sure about the prices themselves.
Though maybe it’s also availability / time, since they comission these much in advance usually. So having something done now might just not be possible from the same 3D modeller or cost more for having such a quick deadline.
Though I guess they did modify the Oplot T model to remove the stored ERA that was on the roof and around the gun at the same time. So most likely it’s just they were to cheap completely.

those parts are seperate in the 3d model so even a nobody could figure out how to click and press delete on them
tbf if they have the model, regardless of if its made internally or externally, they can do edits themselves, willingness is another matter

I would recommend as I said making a suggestion topic for this vehicle and including this in it. The Oplot-M is the intended vehicle that’s set and configured already for this major update. At this stage this cant be changed.
Its not just the 3D model, but other elements too.

Sorry to break it to you but the thing you moddeled is UPGRADE package for Pakistanian T-80UD using elements of T-84, it is NOT Oplot-P lmao. The one who did poor research is you.

the upgrade package(s) for the Pakistani T-80UDs consist of the following:
6TD-IIE engine,
Buran Catherin TVD,
and a welded turret
for the welded turret, this is the vehicle in comparison with the cast turret of the Standard T-80UD
the welded turret is clearly identifiable by the change in position of the smoke dischargers

however, only an amateur would mistake a T-80UD for an Oplot
This vehicle has been CLEARLY referred to as the Oplot-P (P for Pakistan because Pakistan demnded changes to the Standard M model (lighter, different side ERA coverage))

You mean this Oplot P trialled?
Pakistan trialled the Oplot M first, then requested changes to the tank that would become known as Oplot P (for Pakistan).
Also @Armen_Lozone the model turned out really great! I hope Gaijin can use it and you get the much deserved reward under their revenue share program.

I believe Gaijin ain’t reverting crap, and we will end up with trialed copy-paste anyway.
And if this work (which is actually great given the voluntarity behind it) is submitted for revenue share program, the thing will become premium, thus a somewhat unique model will end up as paywalled object, which I believe is a shame
