How? Also, that was just an image I found, it was likely more like 8-10 degrees
That makes little sense, because I can dodge R-77s and Aim-120s with a 15 degree angle easily.
More likely user error.

Riddle me this, if I can dodge dozens of Aim-120s, R-77s, etc, why is it the fakour is the only thing that was killing our entire team?
Because the average player is too stupid to either press tab to check for Iran flag or see the totally not obvious missile trails that definitely couldn’t be anything other than fakours 90s and prepare to notch when they are going towards them

Good thing I’m far above average.
But as I was saying, going head on the fakors were missing more often than they were notching.
Additionally, in sim, you cannot see what is flying on the enemy team.
Nor could any of my team do much to counter it as 3-4 F-14s kept spamming Aim-54+s and Fakours

Player quality also drops significantly during the events. Every game i had between 12.0 and 14.7 was a total shitshow last couple days. Most people either larp as a B-29 or headbutt eachother, trading kills and repeat until task is done. Fakours doing exceptionally well in this environment because they are the first to reach enemy thus decimate lobotomised teams even at 13.7

And when I mean this guy suddenly started to kill everyone on our team, he went from 2 kills to 12 pretty quick.
So it’s either one of three things:
- He’s somehow cheating.
- The Fakour 90 is just egregiously OP, aka USA bias
- Or the Fakour 90 is operating like the AIM-120 did when it was first added, tracking through terrain. ( you can see in the video I was flying low through terrain to lose lock, yes I know they have IOG )
I’m sure there is quite a list of different ones. However all we ever see is the common ones.
more fakour notching yap its not the impossible notch its the energy and closing rate when I’m notching in a Su30 it takes at least 6 seconds to full notch by the time RWR says its on me its already too close
I only ever respond to people in the same tone they picked for most of their conversations.
Not much to go on off but as Im not hearing any explosion and you continue to fly and damage seems to be localized entirely within your 7-8 oclock, I wouldnt rule splash damage by shrapnel in this specific instance. Direct hit with warhead that has 46kg of TNT equivalent would disable you instantly or would completly destroy th plane.

Flying low against a missile of that size possibly coming in from alt is a gamble you can’t expect to win
It also looks like you might not have hit the notch angle correctly but a 3-5s clip can’t actually show enough to give an accurate opinion
