Always chaff when it’s about 1km out and then jink up or down.
you can’t defeat the missile, it will even splash damage you in water. Fakour 90, f15/ef2000 and rafale make anything else have zero or negative battle presence, it’s very sad.
yes you can
by notching
it is quite the simple concept
you can’t notch a missile that effectively takes half the time to cross the same distance of an r27er at 10km of altitude. You simply do not have time to.
you can notch a missile before the seeker turns active
you dont have to wait for the missile to go active if you think you are getting launched at
yeah but this is wrong as all it has is HAWK Motor not body
the hawk is 16.8ft feet long aim54 is 12.9 and the fakour is 13 ft
heres a fakour 90
heres a hawk missile
heres a aim54a

Being at 10km altitude at 13.0 is a bad idea regardless. You don’t want to be at high altitude at ARH battle ranges. And it’s not really until 20km+ that a Fakour starts being noticeable faster then an ER, at which point you have more then enough time, even at such high altitude, to enter into a notch.
To answer the original poster, no, Fakours do not have anything that makes them harder to notch then other ARHs, you just gotta be paying attention to your RWR cause they will get to you faster, giving you much less time to react.
they are actually easier to notch than the Aim-120, just like the Aim-54
oh no i’m just saying that the fakour is almost twice as fast at 10km of altitude than the r27er. And yes I can defeat fakours easily by going cold, but if you aren’t willing to stay between your two airfields during the missile crapfest you gonna eat it.
Unless you hit the deck and mp while also notching and changing direction
