This issue has been present for many years. All players from Europe are treated equally in terms of prices, yet there are huge inequalities when it comes to income and disposable income between countries. I am a Pole, so I am creating this Topic on behalf of the polish community, however this issue applies to many countries, such as our dear neighbours Czechs and Slovaks.
Currently all in-game real-world currency prices in Poland for premium time, premium vehicles etc. are calculated and displayed based on EURO. This created a huge issue, because, well… earnings in Poland are much lower than our western neighbours. See the graph below:
As you can see, Poland’s average income is 4x lower than Luxembourg and 2-3 times lower than Germany and France, meaning that for the monthly income an average German player can buy 2-3 times more than an average Pole.
The purchasing power of Poles is also low (purchasing power equals how much per a selected period of time and average person can spend). As you can see on the graph below, Poland’s purchasing power is 2-times lower than France and nearly 3-times lower than Germany. This creates huge disproportions between playerbases in Europe.
Lastly, I would like to write about a minimum wage.
Poland’s minimum wage is 2-times lower than the one in Germany and France, meaning that a Pole can buy 12 80€ Premium Packs for his minimum wage, while a German can buy 25 packs. That’s twice as much.
I highly suggest Gaijin changes their policy towards Poland and adjust prices for our market, for example an 80€ pack shouldn’t cost 337,47 PLN (as of 22.03.2025 - being almost 10% of minimum wage), but for example 170-180 PLN (40-45€ - being 5-6% of minimum wage). That would lead to more Poles being able to afford in-game Premium content and also huge appreciation from your polish playerbase.
