the JS35XS change is insane … no RWR, 12 flares (6 pops) total, mediocre rear aspect only missiles, gimped flight model and it is going up two MM steps to 11.3? To the same BR as Mig-21bis/lazur with far better flight model + all aspect missiles + rwr + way more chaff/flares?

Soviet and western radars do have different range and angles ingame you can see this on the mig-29/su-27 especially
It stil have decent radar and fox-3, with FM way better than TORNADO and F-4F ICE.

Actual mental deficiency. 29SMT and Su-27SM radars still don’t have their irl ability to properly turn btw, it’s only 3 sectors in game. And their actual range is abysmal, you start seeing targets like 35-40km at best in regular search mode.
Better RWR for your reference. One less gun as a trade off. I question if it worth a br.

Really? I don’t know how an AIR SB mode aircraft with only SARH and even some without SARH missiles will fight AIM120 and APL12. Some aircraft don’t even have a valid RWR.

The F-4EJ Kai is going to be even less viable at an higher BR than Mirage 2000Cs and comparable aircraft, especially now that it won’t have any chance for downtiers with weaker opponents. AAM-3 should be considered as superior airframes and IRCCM missiles are already available at a lower BR (that including Mirage F.1 and Harrier GR.7). Its also more likely to face superior 4th gens than lower BRs.
Same goes for the F-4EJ / ADTW, how are these supposed to perform well with close to zero dogfight capability and just AIM-7Es ? These should stay at their current BR, its pointless to move up aircraft which were barely enjoyable.

Better to increase mirages
It will be on 13.3, and literally fall on 13.7. Unlike 13.0. These are literally the only two aircraft (AV-8B Plus) that are armed with long-range missiles with a combat rating of 13.0. This is no longer fair in relation to other aircraft
So that will be a fair decision for you if a jet with good flight performance (Relatively to AV-8B), 4 aim-120s and 4 aim-9L/I be at 13.0, where aircrafts are armed only with short-range and medium-range missiles
Ok and now changes to loadout and BR that I’d like to see-
- MiG-29s all but SMT: lose R-27ER, add R-73, to 13.0. Let the MiG-29s have their historical armament and be useful as the dogfighters they were meant to be rather than relying on BVR with their shitty radars.
- Phantom FGR.2: Add AIM-9L, to 12.0, it’s historical and the FG.1 would still be available at a lower BR
- F-4F: add AIM-9L, to 11.3. Again historical loadout and would make the aircraft much more effective.
- F-104G (Italy): add +2 AIM-9J to match the German and French models, no BR change needed.
- F-4EJ (all): add AIM-9P-4 and no additional BR changes to compensate for the lack of Agile Eagle and 7E-2s.
- JA-37C: Add RB-74, to 12.0
JA-37D: add RB-99, to 13.0
Historical loadouts for these vehicles. The primary distinguishing upgrade of the 37D was AMRAAM carriage. - F-16A ADF (Italy): add AIM-120B, AIM-9L(I), to 13.7. The ADF in Italian service only ever used AMRAAMs and not Sparrows.
- F-16s (all): add AIM-9M, 12.7>13.0 and 13.0>13.3. Gives these aircraft something to compete with the earlier suggested R-73 while also distancing the airframes from 3rd gens. Perhaps except AJ.
- MiG-21 Bison: add R-73 carriage for inner wing pylons, that can be carried there and would help the aircraft be not quite so mid

Yes, there aren’t many 13.3’s to compare it to. Same way right now there aren’t many 11.7’s in the game. It’s arguably the best 13.3, I’ve even heard some people say they’d prefer F4F ICE due to the AIM120’s being SO far superior.
The difference between F15C/F16C and 29SMT, is greater than the difference between Tornado/F4F ICE and 29SMT. It belongs at 13.3
