  • Shared computers may carry compromised software
  • Login credentials could be exposed to keyloggers
  • IP addresses change dramatically between sessions
  1. Account History Shows:
  • Consistent premium purchases proving my legitimate investment
  • Sudden behavioral changes suggesting possible hijacking
  • Multiple failed self-recovery attempts through your ticket system
  1. Current Situation:
  • I’ve secured my account with new credentials and 2FA
  • Removed all third-party applications
  • Will exclusively use personal devices moving forward

Special Appeal:
After numerous automated rejections, I humbly request:

  • Human review of my case history
  • Consideration of regional login patterns common to Chinese players
  • Any evidence of actual violations (which I’m prepared to explain)
