Dassault Rafale - Variants, Characteristics, Armament and Performance

you as a seperate person

we can atleast agree that some law on diesel engines has nothing to do with fighter jets or A2A missiles for that, right?

You’re trying to prove me off, but you’re not giving it either,… so you can’t prove i’m wrong.

even if the definition isn’t perfect to your liking right now,… you can’t say it is completely off, because you’ll get similar definition with air related stuff.

my brother in crist your law is talking about engine RPMs and not range
it is talking about a spectrum of engine RPM in which a diesel engine works best/ is the most efficent
image

so going of by your deffinition the operational range of the Mica should be given in RPM

please for the love of god read the stuff you sent in here

that’s the exemple of the defintion,… you’re making it sound like it’s unrelated to the core definition

because it is unrelated

The term operational range refers to the full spectrum of speed and load combinations that a diesel engine can handle

your “source” is more than irrelevant

the 1st one wasn’t you said it was stupid,… i found another at your level.

They did the same with Stormer missile “mach 3+” in gamr exactly mach 3.0

so no you start insulting,
just admit defeat at that point

did i, since the beginning, you’re making me sound (reasonning or anything) like if i have no clue,… you kept ignoring what i’m saying or turn it over to arrange yourself.

so yes i stopped thinking,… because it seems that you’re not enclined to any reasonning.
keep the double standard of yours,… keep thinking it is completely normal to see 2 different methods to measure the same thing, and keep in bullying this thread with nonesense and turn-around narrative of your own story.

yes because apparently you dont have any which you proved by sending a law about CO2 emissions and one about the safe operation of diesel engines
image

there’s no way we’re talking about diesel engines in the rafale thread can we talk about mica or something again

he is trying to use some laws about diesel engines to proof the MICA range

i have no clue what kind of mental gymnastics he is doing

i’m trying to GET a definition that you’re also UNABLE to give.

Operationnal range definition is the same for everyone, and is the only one displayed by manufacturers.

So that would be 80 max then ?

good

so lets look at your definition

image

means the range a VEHICLE can travel

the Mica isnt a vehicle

the Mica cant be rechareged or refilled

the Mica cant travel under long haul transport conditions

end of disscussion

Well, if it’s not another day of Invasion of Rafale Gatekeeping.

thanks for your highly valued opinion

yes it would

atleast you showed a proper source

All this argument is honestly plain useless because everybody can claim almost what they want we still never got to see a source so far that states in WHICH CONDITIONS MICA 80km of range was achieved and it is not clear if 80km is the maximum range or just an intermediate range depending on test conditions of the MICA it could very well be more; just as AMRAAM that can hit well beyond 80km depending of the closing speed between the launcher and the target.

not end of discussion,… the discussion is wether or not the 80km should apply, and the definition of operationnal is Giving it all,…

the RANGE given by the manufacturer is 80km, and in such the missile should be able to reach 80km traveled distance.

Basically the only Fox-3 under 80km range is MICA-EM - which is wrong:

i shall ask for Meteor then
