The static sea-level installed and uninstalled thrust is what is known and should be forwarded. Where the extra 15% thrust in flight is not known and won’t be reported.
There’s other factors you haven’t taken into account and I don’t have time to argue about it.
The predicted 15% comes from a 1986 paper, which is the same year as the first link I posted, where SNECMA anticipated a thrust increase to a total of 18,700lbs.
It just so happens to be the case that 16,530-18,700 is quite close to a 15% increase. It also happens to be the case that this did not pan out. There is no phantom 15% increase in a random part of the envelope.
It’s like 7th, kinda sad for a delta canard.
This is quite perplexing, considering it has a similar wing loading and TWR to the EF2000. One can only wonder why there is such a large gap in performance…

Okay, tell me how it’s better than most planes. It’s literally worse than like at least 5-6 planes now, going from being best fm to now top 6 is not the worst sure but like let’s not act like it’s still amazing, I would say it’s good, it’s still able to beat all of the “worse” flight models like the flanker or heavy f-16s, but it doesn’t beat any of the “good” flight models. I mean with micas in a normal match its fine but in strict 1v1 duels it’s objectively worse than say a j-10 which I thought it would at least beat. (Although ig IRL showed that j-10c is indeed a rafale eater lol)
in terms of air RB kits it’s still the best

in ASB it has the best radar and HMD
In GRB, Only thing that beats it out in raw performance is the KH-38MT, but the AASMs are a close second and the MICA EM and Rafale FM performance beats out the SU-30 and R-77-1s

At top tier 99 percent of players play the same 10 vehicles, f-15e, f-16c, rafale, eurofighter, fa-18c (a lot), flunker, mirage, grippy, ig f-2 … is there any other vehicle thats played alot? stuff like j-10 i barely see
and the rafale is able to beat all of them besides besides the EF

It has the best defensive suite
It has the best ARH (Only one with a unique seeker that is stronger than everyone elses and has the best kinematic performance)
It has the best WVR IR Missile (Especially potent when combined with its HMD)
it has the best HMD
It has the second best AGM
and its FM is still second or third best in most situations
You’d have to nerf a hell of a lot more before the Rafale went from anything other than the Meta aircraft right now
Yeah blue side planes reek rn which is kinda hilarious. Also rafale is not able to beat all of em, grippy and f-2 wins most times, arb especially, in sim it’s closer.
Neither Gripen nor F2 has HOBS missiles. F2 doesnt even have HMD
