What is the matter with the arrest hook?
I’m just wondering the latest datamine only.
In some ways it objectively is. For example sustained turn rate should be 20°/s with 4,300 kg of fuel and four missiles. Apparently it was about 18°/s when the dev server closed.

But you know it’s not meant to be use on carriers anyway right? As far as i know, to use it, we should have some “brins d’arrêt d’urgence” on airfields.
(Sorry i don’t know the english for that, it’s the strings wich you can hook on…)

The arrest hook does work, it just does not extend. This has been reported.

The arresting hook on the Rafale is similar to those present on the F-16 or F-15 for emergency landings on airfields.
However, given the way it is modeled in game, it can be used to land on an aircraft carrier.

Was wondering something for SIM, is the Rafale in warthunder able to fly with afterburner without breaking the wings (like 102% for exemple ?) near the ground?
The mirage is able to hold its max speed before breaking at 103% power close to the ground
Would be another good option.
So, do we know if HMD is removed or not? Specifically the one in trailer… i dont want to see 2 ugly rings in sims like on 2000-5… thats literally only reason why i dont fly it. Get that ugly russian circle out of my baguette.

It was active in the last version of the dev so unless a datamine says otherwise, it’s here to stay.
