Well tbf, the Rafale M was used as a basis for reporting Rafale Supercruise speed, as long I can remember, almost all Rafale C variant are identical in weight (And Rafale C to Rafale M only have slight differences, probably like between Phantom FG.1 and FGR.2 ), but hey I could be wrong.
Something that some may not have noticed or didn’t think was important with today’s update. They buffed the high-contrast TV quality.
This would be nice for the Rafale’s FSO since it was reported a few days ago that the Rafale’s FSO uses high-contrast image like what is shown on Mavericks, AASM, and etc currently in-game.
You can see here how much better the quality is now with the new update today of TV camera views on weapons like KH-38MT, Mavericks, AASM.

video shows what rafale loses to now in a dogfight, with only 1deg/sec less, turns out quite a big change in performance (when rafale only lost against EF before)

Yup, they nuked it for duels. Normal matches though, it’s still quite good
@DirectSupport Is it possible with the today change on Rafale, that maybe another thing was “nuked” accidentally because of the spaghetti code shenanigans ?

its like 8th according to willie walrus, slightly worse than a 16ADF. Anyhow rafale still has MICA/Magic 2 with a HMD so like…
That’s not the issue IRL F16 get mogged by RAF. So either F16A FM need a nerf and everybody it really quiet about the subject beccause F16 are not French planes or the nerf was uncalled for/too hard compared to what it should’ve been to make it realistic.

there is a diffence between the F-16C and the F-16A because the US has that habbit of making their planes significantly heavier with every upgrade they do

Well the F-16 still needs a nerf and its been reported for a long while now and still not fixed. But it’s also the case that the Rafale is still underperforming in terms of not just its systems but also its flight model.
Just so you know, when the F-16 gets nerfed, so will basically every single plane at top tier. They basically shot down all reports on it’s massive overperformance by saying because they don’t model FCS, the F-16 will overperform very generously. (Very dumb ik) So when they model FCS, the F-16 will be massively nerfed, but so will mostly everything else above 12.3. All FBW aircraft will get pretty insane nerfs, and possibly stuff like the Mig-29 and F-15 will get nerfs too because of their similar systems.

Except they already do model the FCS apparently from an accepted report especially for newer aircrafts , so the F-16 is the odd one out still.
