Intake-wise sure, but the actual layout of the jet is a close coupled canard with a TWR closer to 1 and a wingsweep closer to the Rafales.
If the Rafale needs more than 16.5G of structural limit, then I really want to know what you are doing. That should be more than enough. 22+ is just insane.
It is also how the wing blends into the fuelsalage and the general shape of the fuelsalage

I seriously doubt gaijins favourite plane is ever being nerfed anymore than it already is.

It recently got an HMD operationally on a Hawaii squadron. Tested Scorpion HMD (same as Rafale funny enough) earlier
But me personally, I think it’ll be a 2005 one
Also; the “22G” are based on what the in-game HUD shows, however that should not be taken as any serious reference. Use WTRI etc for more accurate Data.

In-game HUD G indicator is slightly off on the Rafale, its still pulling over 20G’s and surviving.
EFT’s wing comes off pretty much the moment it goes above 18G:
18G is where the EFT’s wing should break if gaijin is using the correct 12G max load.
20G+ is well beyond the 16.5G the Rafale should break at in-game on the other hand.

Anyone else sometimes unable to fire in tws randomly? It seems when I tws lock someone for too long I am unable to turn my MICA on, and the radar stops showing missile range info. Wondering if this is a Rafale only bug.
In all fairness, IMO Typhoon is underperforming, because I’d think it’s also pretty ridicolous to see Rafale accelerate much faster at altitude than Typhoon.
It’s like, if Rafale can overperform at high altitude, then Typhoon could’ve done that too.

In every single respect the Typhoon should outperform the Rafale in terms of flight performance, at hte moment the Typhoon barely keeps up.
Eurofighter had it for 3 months. Let’s wait another 3 months
