@Gunjob is the EFT aerodynamically limited to 27° AoA, or is that something Gaijin simply conjured up to nerf it? Cus according to the Austrian Airforce website, the FCS will let the aircraft pull between 30 - 35° AoA.
All AOA in game is soft limited, as you approach and then exceed the limit the instructor backs off the controls so you start to lose authority. But its not hard limited.
I think that sometimes people forget that planes are not designed to pull infinite G. After all, they carry a very essential, but very fragile sack of meat called the pilot. And said pilot does not take anything other than 1G vey well.
And to what level does Rafale rise while rolling?
I ripped at 20+ Gs once.
In game Rafale reaches 15G in a flat turn at speeds beyond Mach 1.
No aircraft in real life maneuvers that hard certainly not for more than seconds or half seconds in emergencies.
Irl Eurofighter is designed for maneuvering at 9G around Mach 1 and is supposed to beat everything in this regime.
Rafale has advantages low and slow. Perhaps instantaneous turn rate generally.
PixelEurofighter is a joke right now.
G loads in general are a bit of a mess.
Going beyond safety limits is fine but not all aircraft profit equally by the way it’s handled.
Authenticity in regard to respective performances should be the most important factor.
I’ve got it doing 24.6G with something in the ballpark of 20min of fuel and 4x MICA’s without blowing the wings off, and I can do so pretty consistantly.
