going by the spreadsheet… I’d say it’s likely September 10th or 11th.
The big additions had devblogs. The dev server wasn’t extended.
The final shot would make me think that it’s planned as a sub tree, however the only tree that a Brazilian one makes sense in is Italy, which doesn’t have enough room for another.
